We’ve just added a powerful new sales tool at TripleClicks. We call it COLLECTIONS.

With this new tool, affiliates can create unlimited, unique themed collections of products to promote. Here’s how to get started:
Open the details page of any product at TripleClicks.
Click on the SFI Toolbox button.
Click on “Add to collection” link.
When you create a new collection, you’ll be asked to choose a name for it. Note: Your customers will see this name, so make it a good one and make sure you check your spelling, grammar, etc. You can also add, if you want, a description of your collection–this will also be seen by your customers. Here are some examples of good collection names:

Fresh ideas for Spring
Get Healthy in 2016!
My Favorite Books
For Motorcycle Lovers
Cool Cell Phone Accessories
Ladies Hats

The item you chose to start the new collection is automatically added. Now, add more products to your collection by clicking the blue “Pick Items” button. This will take you to a handy screen where you can search and choose other products you want to add to this collection. Tip: Use the special search box and enter appropriate keywords and a department name to narrow your search to produce the best suggestions. Check the “Add To Collection” checkbox for any item you wish to add.
Click the “DONE” button at the bottom of the screen when you’re done adding products.
You’re now viewing your new collection page. It should display all the products you’ve chosen for this collection. On this page you can reorder how you want your products displayed by using the “Shuffle” link or by clicking the small star icons. Or click the pencil icon to edit your collection name, collection description, or to add your own personal comments to any product. To delete an item from your collection, click the small “X” icon. Tip: To see how your collection will look to customers, click the “View As Buyer” link in the top right corner. Click it again to return to the affiliate view.

You can create as many collections as you like…for whatever you want to promote…or for whatever audience (or even person) you want to target! The possibilities are endless.

Note: Once you’ve created a collection, it’s super easy to add to it any time you want. Just repeat the above steps #1 through #3, and then choose your desired collection from the collections menu to add a product to it.

When you have your collection completed with all the products you want in it, just grab the the affiliate link (the special, shortened URL displayed at the top of the collection page under the Share icon) and start sharing/promoting!

You can use the affiliate link in emails, on social media, in blogs, etc. And when your prospects click on your link, they’ll see your Collections name and all the products you’ve chosen–ready for purchase. And, of course, the affiliate link is associated with your SFI ID number so that you’ll earn the big 45% CV Direct Commissions on all sales you generate.
Collections is also for ECAs!

The new Collections tool is also a powerful new resource for ECAs. As an ECA, you can now create groups of products to promote like, “Stylish Home Decor” or “Fall Fashion Collection” or “New for 2016.”

Once a collection is created, it’s automatically displayed in a new section on your ECA TConnect page, and customers viewing your collection can easily add items to their cart to buy!

Our new focus on duplication is working! And with the help of powerful, new resources like Milestone Shares,Designated Diamonds, Fast-Track Extensions, and more, we’re seeing a lot of exciting new activity bubbling up. Very exciting!

For example, through just the new Designated Diamond program, over 1200 affiliates already have committed to becoming Diamond Team Leaders within in the next five years! That means…
6,000 new PTLs
24,000 new GTLs
72,000 new STLs
144,000 new BTLs

In total, that’s a whopping 247,200 Team Leaders soon to be roaming the halls of SFI Nation. And there will, of course, be many, many more affiliates committing to become Diamond Team Leaders as we move forward.

And no doubt, many of these coming new Team Leaders–and all the growth that will come with it–will be in YOUR downline…or are in your downline or and/or are your CSAs…right now!

Yes, it’s clear that the seeds we planted recently are already sprouting…and the harvest over the next five years could be off the charts! And that’s something no sane SFI affiliate is going to want to miss!

We’re also receiving a large number of very positive testimonials from many Team Leaders who are now seeing the kind of activity in their groups that leads to BIG commission checks.

You may have also noticed that share values for the TripleClicks Executive Pool for January enjoyed a substantial increase. Because of this, new EAs in January earned a larger commission check than new EAs have seen in many, many months. Yes, your new EAs are now making more, right out of the chute, which will, of course, incentivize more of your new EAs to continue to be active and go on to become EA2s and Team Leaders.

For existing Team Leaders, this larger share value means that your Matching VP is also worth a lot more income. Indeed, because of larger share values, some of our Team Leaders that dropped in rank in January earned a larger check this month than they did with a higher Team Leader rank previously!

Clearly, our focus on duplication is WORKING, and it’s worth getting excited about!
Business is a contact sport

Of course, we’ve also encountered plenty of folks who don’t like changes and who have convinced themselves that the sky is falling. Sadly, this becomes a toxic, self-fulfilling prophecy. If you believe the world’s against you, it will be, and you can kiss the success you’re seeking goodbye.

The fact is, business is a contact sport, and being an entrepreneur with your own business takes a LOT of courage and self-determination. But giving in to self-doubt–without even giving new changes a chance–is a recipe for killing your business. Please don’t kill your business! You’ve worked too hard to do that to yourself.

Clearly, some truly powerful new seeds have been planted, but we must always remember that planting and harvesting are never in the same season. New shoots are just now beginning to emerge from the soil (as evidenced by the great statistics I cited earlier)…and I fully expect the harvest over the coming months and years to be quite bountiful indeed. You just need to look beyond today and take in the big picture.

So if you’re one of those that have convinced yourself that change is bad, I urge you to keep an open mind and not become a cautionary tale who “abandoned their mine an inch from striking gold.”



Might you be taking a step backwards in the short-term? Sure. I’ve personally had to take a step backwards many, many times in my three+ decades in business, but I’ve done so knowing that, sometimes, to move ahead, you have to take a temporary step backwards.

Climbing a mountain is like this. Mountain climbers will be the first to tell you that ascending a mountain is very rarely an unbroken line of upward movements. Yes, sometimes a mountain climber must make a lateral or downward move to position themselves for the next ascent. Your business is no different. Don’t let a temporarily step backwards get to you. Shout out, “Onward and upward!” and keep on moving! THAT is what those who become highly successful in business do. And always remember that failure is the path of least persistence.
In closing…

On January 1st I asked you if you were ready to BUILD SOMETHING GREAT (please review that very important messageHERE). Right now, we’re seeing lots and lots and lots of new foundations being formed. Foundations that will support incredible growth in the coming months. Foundations that will generate amazing incomes for those building them. So…onward and upward…because we’re building something great!

We are very excited today to debut a major, new SFI program. Effective immediately, all affiliates can now earn 10, 20, 30 or more new, income-boosting CSAs every month!

Here’s how it works:

Everyone is familiar with our program that awards 2 CSAs each month for going EA. The new CSA Rewards program takes that same concept and drastically expands it so that you can now earn CSAs for dozens of actions!

One of the easiest ways to score a plentiful load of new CSAs every month is by setting up a qualifying Standing Order. You’ll now receive…
10 CSAs each month (120/year) with a min. 1500 VP Standing Order -OR-
12 CSAs each month (144/year) with a min. 2000 VP Standing Order -OR-
20 CSAs each month (240/year) with a min. 3000 VP Standing Order

If you already have a minimum 1500 VP Standing Order now, you’ll automatically begin receiving these new CSAs. Feel free, however, to increase your Standing Order so that you may receive more CSAs each month.



SPECIAL, LIMITED TIME BONUS!
GRAB A SHARE OF 25,000 OR MORE BONUS CSAs!

For those who have a 1500, 2000, or 3000 VP Standing Order in place before the end of February, we’re also going to give you a share of a minimum of 25,000 BONUS CSAs!
You will receive one share for each 1000 VP contained in your Standing Order.

i.e., a 1500 VP Standing Order will get you one share, a 2000 VP Standing Order will get you two shares, and a 3000 VP Standing Order will get you three shares.

How many CSAs will each share represent? That’s impossible to say, of course, as it will depend 100% on how many shares are qualified for before the end of the month. Hopefully, however, it will be at least 8-10 CSAs per share. But, again, that’s only an estimate. It could be less, it could be much more. Keep in mind that if it’s less, that will mean a LOT of people (including potentially some or many in your downline) have set up a new Standing Order…and that’s a VERY good thing…and much more valuable than a one-time allotment of CSAs.

If you already have a minimum 1500 VP Standing Order now, you’ll automatically receive one share of the Bonus CSAs. Feel free, however, to increase your Standing Order before the end of February so that you can receive one or two additional shares.
But that’s just the tip of the iceberg…

Standing Orders are just the headliner for the new CSA Rewards program. Here are the other 28 ways to earn monthly CSAs:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

There is a FINITE supply of CSAs available each month. Though we do not anticipate having a month where there are not enough new CSAs available to fulfill delivery of every CSA earned from the CSA Rewards program, it IS possible. Should this occur, fulfillment will be prioritized, first-come, first-served, with Standing Order CSAs being awarded first, those with Team Leader ranks next, then EAs with the longest seniority. For any actual shortage, TCredits, on a one-to-one basis (one TCredit per CSA), will be substituted for CSAs. Again, however, this is a contingency plan ONLY.
Q & A

Q: Do I still have to maintain my EA status to keep the CSAs I acquire?
Yes! It’s VITAL that you maintain your EA status. Otherwise, ALL of your CSAs will be forfeited, no matter how you’ve acquired them.

Q: What’s the best way to make sure I maintain my EA status?
The best and easiest way is to set up a Standing Order, and if it’s for at least 1500 VP, it will also earn you 10 fresh, new CSAs each month (120/year). Or get 12 CSAs/mo. with a 2000 VP Standing Order…or a big 20 a month (240/year) with a 3000 VP Standing Order!

Q: I already sport some of the badges on the CSA Rewards list. Does that mean I’ll now start automatically receiving the CSAs associated with these badges each month?
Yes, just claim them from the CSA Rewards Ledger (coming soon). Add even more CSAs by meeting the qualifications for other badges.

Q: When during the month will the CSAs I’ve earned be awarded to me?
For Standing Order CSAs, Rank CSAs, E365 CSAs, and Fast-Track CSAs, fulfillment will be approximately immediately upon meeting the qualification. For all others, the CSAs must necessarily be awarded after the month has closed, all of the month’s business concluded, and commissions processed. That is, on or about the 10th of the month for the previous month’s activity.

IMPORTANT: The above schedule is for March and beyond. For February–this being a MAJOR NEW program being launched in the middle of the month–please be patient while we process all the CSAS earned this month, as they will need to be awarded manually.

Q: Do the Standing Orders for CSA Rewards have to be exactly 1500, 2000, or 3000 VP?
No, those are the just the minimums. You can make your Standing Order any size you want.

Q: What is the age of the CSAs I’ll be receiving?
We currently have a backlog of never-been-assigned CSAs going back as far as a several weeks, some of which will be used for the Bonus CSAs. Otherwise, the CSAs you receive going forward each month should typically be fresh, with the sign-up dates within days, and can even include brand new/today’s signups. Some exceptions to this general rule may be seen occasionally, however, if supply outpaces demand appreciably.

Q: Will I be notified of CSAs that I have received?
All CSAs are claimed from the CSA Rewards Ledger (coming soon) by you. Therefore, you will always know when new CSAs have been awarded to you. And, of course, you can use the various filters in the Genealogy to always identify any group of CSAs you’ve received for any date, etc.

Q: I already have a Standing Order set up for 1500 or more VP. Do I get the Bonus CSAs?
Yes, they should be added to your account by the end of February.

Q: When will I receive the CSAs each month for having a qualifying Standing Order?
After your Standing Order has been successful processed and payment verified. Note that all CSAs earned from the CSA Rewards program must be claimed at the CSA Rewards Ledger (coming soon). That is, a “Claim” button will be provided next to each action. Click the “Claim” button to receive delivery of the CSAs earned.

Q: Why am I required to manually claim the CSAs I’ve earned? Why not just automatically provide them to me?
This nominal requirement is necessary to ensure that no CSAs are “wasted” on affiliates who are no longer actively working their SFI business and/or who can no longer fulfill (or are no longer willing to fulfill) the responsibilities of being a Co-Sponsor.

Q: What if I receive CSAs that are not active? Can I get replacements?
Sorry, replacing inactive affiliates isn’t feasible. And always remember that it will be a numbers game. The majority of people who join SFI will never commit to do the work required to be successful (success comes before work ONLY in the dictionary). This is just a reality that must be accepted. However, just as YOU “get” SFI (as do tens of thousands of other affiliates), you will of course acquire smart and active CSAs too. They may not show up right away, but if you continue working your business and working with your team members, you’ll receive your share of active CSAs, some that may go on to be amongst SFI’s highest-achieving affiliates!

Q: Is it possible there will be other actions added to the list or the number of CSAs for some actions increased?
Yes, but first we have to see exactly how many CSAs are being earned and how fast the program is growing. Remember, there is a FINITE supply of CSAs each month; we can’t award more CSAs than we have CSAs to give out. We need to be a bit conservative to start and see how the program develops during the initial months before we can expand it.

Q: Do actions “stack?” If I advance from EA, to BTL, to STL, in one month, do I earn CSAs for each action?
Some actions do, yes. In this example, you’d earn 2 + 3 + 4 for a total of 9 CSAs for that month if you advanced from EA to STL. However, you couldn’t, for example, earn 1 CSA for having a silver-trimmed badge and two more CSAs for having the gold-trimmed version of the SAME badge, as it’s not possible to possess two or more versions of the same badge.

We are very excited today to announce a new program for firing up your team!

Here’s how it works:

In your Genealogy, on the OTHER tab, there is now a new Fast-Track column. For all eligible PSAs (i.e. those not already Fast-Track Gold or in the current standard Fast-Track window), you can now extend to them a special 72-hour window to become a Fast-Track member (or upgrade from Silver to Gold) by simply clicking the “Extend FT” link located in the new Fast-Track column.

Upon issuing a Fast-Track extension, your PSA will receive a special email from SFI alerting them to your generous offer, what they need to do to go Fast-Track, and the deadline for acting.

Once they’ve taken the necessary action (e.g. a $20 purchase/sale or setting up a 1500 VP Standing Order within the 72-hour window), they’re in! They will immediately receive the prestigious Fast-Track badge; 250 Bonus VersaPoints, Fast-Track Member Certificate (suitable for framing); and 30 free entries in the Daily Grand drawing.

The beautiful Fast-Track lapel pin will also be earmarked for them. They’ll also immediately have the $40 or $100 Signing Bonus added to their account!

And the biggest benefit of all…they’ll now be eligible every month for the 10% Bonus Shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool (this alone is potentially worth hundreds of extra dollars in commissions every year).

Fast-Track extensions can be issued to a PSA one-time ONLY.

Tip: Before issuing an extension, we recommend that you first contact your PSA to gauge interest. Sending extensions to those who are not interested or not active is just going to waste your TCredits. The much better idea is a preliminary message from you, letting your PSAs know that you’d like to pay for an extension so they can become Fast-Track members. Tell them that all they have to do is let you know, when they’re ready, that they’d like to become a Fast-Track member, and you’ll issue the special extension for them right away. Once you get their “yes,” all you have to do is go to your Genealogy and click the link and it’s happening.
Q & A

Q: Can I issue an extension to ANY of my PSAs?
You can issue an extension to any of your PSAs who are not already Fast-Track Gold (those who are already Fast-Track Silver can upgrade to Gold). Best of all, it doesn’t matter if the PSA joined last month, six months ago, five years ago, ten years ago, or the day SFI launched over 17 years ago. ALL can now grab the prestigious rank of Fast-Track in SFI!

Q: Why would my PSAs be interested in becoming Fast-Track members?
For LOTS of reasons! Note: Something that’s not often mentioned but that’s invaluable is how being a Fast-Track member increases your stature and gives you highly valuable credibility as a sponsor and leader of your team. That is, it’s awkward, at best, to be encouraging your affiliates to go Fast-Track when you’re not Fast-Track yourself! Being a Fast-Track member yourself allows you to lead by example and promote Fast-Track to your team with credibility–a very, very valuable trait that no serious SFI affiliate should be without!

Q: Why is there a cost of a TCredit to issue an extension?
We can’t do everything for free. SFI has significant costs in administering the Fast-Track program. The TCredits help fund the program and, after all, you as the sponsor will be the biggest beneficiary when your PSA chooses to go Fast-Track. Fast-Track extensions also need to be issued with careful consideration. Having everyone sending out thousands of extensions willy-nilly would be counter-productive and would harm the integrity of the Fast-Track program.

Q: I’d like to become a Fast-Track member, but my sponsor is inactive, so how can I get an extension from him?
Here’s what you need to do: Contact your sponsor. Let him know you’d like to go Fast-Track and would appreciate it if he would issue you an extension. If you receive no response, submit a ticket with the details. If your sponsor is verified as inactive by us, we will allow you to be moved up to your sponsor’s sponsor (your sponsor’s sponsor can then issue you an extension).

Q: Can my PSA meet the $20 sale/purchase requirement by buying the New Member Pack?
Yes, the NMP (New Member Pack) will be available to them during the 72-hour window. The NMP is of course a fabulousdeal, so it’s definitely one of THE best ways to meet the requirement.

Q: Should I be looking to issue extensions to brand new affiliates?
No! They already have the standard 10-day window to go Fast-Track (and can, themselves, extend it to a total of 30 days). Your focus for the Fast-Track extensions program should be on those who MISSED the opportunity to go Fast-Track the first time around…and especially on those who have, in the meantime, become very active. There’s little doubt that they’d LOVE to be able to go Fast-Track now! Make these folks’ day by issuing them an extension!

Q: What about someone who is already qualified as a SILVER Fast-Track member? Is a $20 sale or purchase required for them?
No, but they will need to set up a min. 1500 VP Standing Order within the 72-hour window in order to advance to GOLD Fast-Track status.

Q: What about someone who’s not Fast-Track now but who already has a min. 1500 VP Standing Order?
We will automatically advance them to Fast-Track Gold status within 24 hours of you issuing them the extension They do not have to take any actions at all.

Q: Is the window exactly 72 hours from when I issue my extension?
Actually, to keep it simple, it will be 72 hours starting the day after the day of issuance of the extension. Example: You issue the Fast-Track extension at 8 pm on Monday. Your PSA’s deadline would be the end of Thursday (72 hours + the four hours left in the day when you issued the extension).
